Neil Vilders' roots are in Michigan where he learned his work ethic from his parents, the Detroit Industrial Machine, and Ken and
Dick, two old concrete workers who had Neil working 5 minutes BEFORE
start time. Neil earned his Teaching Degree at Northern Michigan University ('82)
then moved to NH to teach Electricity, Drafting & Electronics at
Kingswood High School in Wolfeboro, NH. Neil's love of contracting work began in high school when learned to work with concrete, and did house framing, siding and roofing over the years with several contractors. Neil started with concrete work in 1974 and has done most everything related to home building.
Neil Vilders has 35 years' experience in the construction trades and over 23 years' experience as a Master Electrician. He was president of Vilders Electric, an electrical business, for over 20 years in Southern NH, consisting of 43 employees and servicing clients from Portsmouth to Wolfeboro. Some of Neil's larger commercial contracts include Honeywell, Exxon, Pizza Hut, Burger King chains, Highliner Foods in Portsmouth, several municipalities, several school districts (power, data and carpentry), and many large industrial general contractors.
Now Neil has decided to develop a small business of 10-15 employees and a dozen subcontractors to satisfy his customers' needs, in a timely fashion. Vilders can coordinate the project from start to finish and keep everything on schedule.
